[different hand follows. Note: William Taylor dies in 1 September 1850. Entries for 1850 are possibly written by Lucy Lewis Thom Taylor and those written before 1850 were probably those written by William Taylor]

Feb. 11th Edmonia gave birth to a Boy called John Calhoun


March 26th Lakeland, Judy, wife of Louis, a son born Today. Call him Lendor


May 17th Pauline had a son born today1/2 past 10. Call him Prince
